End User License Agreement

Algebraic and associated documentation (the “Software”) is licensed, not sold.

1. Licenses

The Software is licensed as follows:

Installation and Usage

Licenses are valid for use with the Software on all supported operating systems. A single license permits either

  • a single user to use the Software on multiple computers, or
  • multiple users to use the Software on a single computer.

Backup Copies

You may make copies of the license key or the Software for backup and archival purposes.

2. Description of Other Rights and Limitations

Reverse-Engineering and Modifications

You may decode, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of your copy of the Software, unless excepted by limitations elsewhere in this agreement.

Reporting Bugs

You may publicly report bugs or publicly disclose vulnerabilities in any copy of the Software.

Maintenance of Copyright Notices

You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on any copy of the Software.

Sharing and Selling

You must not sell, resell, rent, or publicly share license keys or the Software. Licenses may be revoked if sold, resold, rented, or shared publicly.

3. Copyright

All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to the Software and any copies thereof are owned by Littleroot.

4. No Warranties

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Littleroot, the Software authors, or the Software contributors be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.
