End User License Agreement
Algebraic and associated documentation (the “Software”) is licensed, not sold.
The Software is licensed as follows:
Licenses are valid for use with the Software on all supported operating
systems. A single license permits either
You may make copies of the license key or the Software for backup and
archival purposes.
You may decode, reverse-engineer, or modify your copy of the Software,
except for the licensing mechanism and any copyright notices.
You may publicly report bugs or vulnerabilities in any copy of
the Software.
You must not remove or modify any copyright notices on any copy of
the Software.
You must not sell, resell, or rent license keys or the Software.
Licenses may be revoked if sold, resold, or rented.
All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to the Software and any copies thereof are owned by Littleroot.
The Software is provided "as is" and any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed.
In no event shall Littleroot, the Software authors, or the Software
contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special,
exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to,
procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or
business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether
in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise)
arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if advised of the
possibility of such damage.
